Advance Telecom Resources operates a National Technical Support Center in Piscataway , New Jersey and Dallas , Texas on a 24-hour 365-day per year basis. The center provides a variety of services including:

Personnel in the National Technical Support Center also have immediate access to working on site systems for critical spare parts provisioning, problem simulation or disaster recovery support.

Our centers rely on highly skilled, experienced and supported personnel to provide all facets of Remote Maintenance Assistance.

Advance Telecom Resources also offers a remote monitoring service, which allows for us to stay one step ahead of telecommunication problems. We are able to continuously monitor each different PBX or voice system located anywhere around the country with a common management solution.

Instantaneously Advance Telecom Resources can recognize all device faults and alarms and display those alarms at the designated command center or NOC and immediately notify appropriate staff of the alarm via a variety of medias such as cell phone, email or pager. Accordingly our technicians to remotely access managed PBXs or voice devices to perform diagnostics, resolve problems and maintain peak service levels. Remote monitoring plans are tailored to our customer's specific requirements.

Advance Telecom Resources maintains a current and extensive inventory of components in warehouse facilities in Texas and New Jersey . All parts provided by Advance Telecom Resources will be new or equivalent to new in function and warranted as such for one year from shipment.

Parts will be provided on an exchange basis whenever possible following a simple return authorization procedure. Standard Advance Telecom Resources shipping practices are second day air (i.e. UPS-Blue or equivalent) pre pay and add, unless specified otherwise by the customer. All critical spare parts orders are processed within 24 hours or less of receipt, and Advance Telecom Resources does not charge expedite fees on any orders. Non-critical orders are processed normally within 48 hours of receipt. Advance Telecom Resources will provide Return Authorization Number forms to customers to facilitate the ordering procedure.

Advance Telecom Resources offers on site spare parts provisioning at specified levels of service /coverage at discounted monthly rates. Customers may also order parts on individual purchase orders or they may provide an open purchase order to be kept on file with Advance Telecom Resources to cover multiple purchases.

With in-house technicians and refurbishing staff, we are able to offer our customers a quick turn-a-round and impressive like new equipment. Our extensive refurbishing department will replace old buttons, clean or replace plastics if discolored and make your old phones appear as new.  If needed, we will also replace mylars, hook switches, speakers, microphones and any other component that might be faulty with your telephone. We provide professional diagnostic testing and repair of your equipment. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty or an optional year warranty.
