Nortel BCM Call Center Basic license is to enable the call center application within the unit. This license are already present within the voicemail but needs to be activated by an authorization code. Call center license will allow for ACD groups and agents. Also this will put callers in Que to a certain ACD group and will assign certain agents to that group. The Call Center Basic will allow 2 groups, 20 agents configured and 10 agents active at one time. The BCM50 can not have Call Center Professional like the BCM200 and BCM400.
