What is your return policy?

  Call us at (732) 393-0700 for a Return Authorization Number for all goods that you need to return to Advance Telecom Resources . All goods that are returned without a Return number will be refused. All sales are final and warranties are good for 1 year unless otherwise stated. We will send replacements for defective goods up to 1 year. All goods returned to us for no reason will be charged a 20% restock fee and refunds or credits issued. All special order items are non-refundable.

What are your accepted payment methods?

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will also accept COD Certified Check or Money Order as payment. There is a credit application that you can fill out for COD Company Check or Net 30 Terms with Advance Telecom Resources . One other option is a leasing contract which would allow you low monthly payments for the equipment. At the end of the lease you have the option of owning the equipment for just $1.00! Will you give or sell my account information to other companies?

  Advance Telecom Resources will never sell or share any of your information. All information submitted to Advance Telecom Resources held private. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

What if I forget my password or need to change it?

  If your memory fails you, or you forget and accidentally leave it somewhere, you can retrieve your password (via e-mail) by clicking on the "Recover password" button.

What is the cost of shipping?

  Advance Telecom Resources com has negotiated with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and other common carriers to bring you the best shipping rates. You can choose from ground service all the way up to next day air service. Please consult with your sales representative of the exact shipping about. We also have courier service that can deliver to the NY metropolitan area.

How long does it take to get my order?

  Advance Telecom Resources works vigorously to get your order out on the same day. All air orders placed before 4pm EST will be processed that day. Advance Telecom Resources operates a state of the art warehouse and distribution center to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and accurately.

How do I check the status of my order?

  Advance Telecom Resources will send you an email confirmation informing you of the status of your order. You will also receive a tracking number letting you know exactly where your package is

How long is my warranty period?

  Warranty periods are stated on individual invoices of sale. Remanufactured and New equipment includes a full 1 Year warranty. Each product we offer has a unique serial number and tampering with it voids warranty. We also offer extended warranty periods for a small additional fee. Please ask your sales representative for pricing on extended warranties.

Can I trade in my old telephone system?

  Yes. Advance Telecom Resources purchases your out of service, discontinued and defective equipment from all major manufacturers (Nortel, Avaya, Mitel, Panasonic, NEC and many more). Simply go to here Sell Your Equipment and fill out the forms for buy back. We will have a response to you shortly.
